12- Can we use codec g711??
No, Only Codec G729r8 or G729 are accepted.
 
 
13- When I get only one way voice, which parameters can I check on my configuration?
Please check the following
  Check you Firewall or access list, be sure each one of our IPs are configured correctly
  Check if you are using codec g729r8
 
 
14- Calls are not getting through
Be sure all of the parameters are configured accordingly:
  Codec you are using, SIP
  Codec G729r8
  Check if the destination IP address is configured correctly
  Be sure the Origination IP address was provided correctly at the voip form
  Check if the Technology prefix assigned by TelRetail is configured
 
 
15- My traffic was completing fine but it is not completing now
Check your account, it is possible your credit is over.
 
 
16- Is there any way to know when I am running out of credit?
Yes, we have useful credit alerts which you can set for you and for your customers base on the account balance.
 
 
17- What if I dont have a fixed IP address?
Not a problem, You can configure as many devices and IP's static or dinamic as you want by customer. On the customer Menu, select Devices and configure from there as you need it.
